Darkness is, in reality, the absence of ‘Light’. The light we can study, but not darkness. In fact, we can use Newton’s prism to break white light into many colors and study the various wavelengths of each color. You cannot measure darkness. A simple ray of light can break into a world of darkness and illuminate it. How can you know how dark a certain space is? You measure the amount of light present. Isn’t this correct? Darkness is a term used by man to describe what happens when there is no “light” present. Just as darkness is the absence of light, evil is the absence of God.
~ Albert Einstein
What is our darkness? Darkness is a combination of many things. Often, a loss of direction, an unlit path, seeking the light of truth or willpower to pull through a trial. It can be stifled creativity, the endless emotional and sensational pits that the mind and ego entities perpetuate in cycles of addictive behaviors, the ache of dissatisfaction, or a deep sense that something in your life needs a shift.
Whether we need to add or remove something from our lives, we feel this darkness when our souls are in turmoil from an existential crisis often caused by an awakening. We need to address this, to move forward from that darkness into the light of our being. How ever, we must do it with willful action rather than continuously living within the reactionary states of the material world.
We often confuse the darkness within. One confusion is the false belief that there is no separation between our emotions and self. This false belief allows our emotions to gain strength, growing that darkness in us, strengthening the idea of the shadow self, the unilluminated. Not only that but also, when one emotion of ego is allowed to ‘run away with us’, this invariably leads to an avalanche of others carried in its wake.
So, these entities of ego are most definitely a darkness within. When we feed the 108, it dims our light and depresses the physical body. When the 108 grow in strength, so does the darkness which leads to the shadow of self-dominance. The 108 work to perpetuate mental states conducive to meeting their feeding habits, working to suppress or trigger conscious growth to keep us attached to the 3D-5D grid or expand beyond.
If you are working through action for the betterment of all kinds, including yourself and everything in the Verse of which you are a part, this is what en-light-ening yourself is. The antithesis is to harm, cause pain, act with deceit and to be destructive (to name a few). This is to be of the darkness and perpetuate darkness in ourselves as well as on to the Verse as a whole. To be self-serving in selfishness perpetuates darkness, for that is to take the light from around oneself in hopes of illuminating oneself in a false light, thereby perpetuating darkness into and around oneself.
‘Where attention goes, energy flows.’
Where we focus our attention is a big player. As we went over earlier, an objective of the entities is to convince us that they are us. Once a person is convinced of this perpetuated lie, the entities take root at a deeper level in which the light (energy) gets dimmed by parasitic darkness. This leads to what have been coined mental disorders or possessions.
Possessions can reach levels where the person can act entirely out of character and even hear and or see entities clear as day. Often people are unaware of the actual scenario in which they are taking part, and this can be very confusing for them. Awareness breathes light onto the subject of darkness to ease confusion. Just a glimpse into the grand scale of what we are a part of will leave you in awe.
We each have a dark and light side. Keep in mind that good and evil are concepts based on individual perception; what is positive to you may not be positive to another and vice versa.
This is where it becomes about intention. In this instance, rather than focusing on others, we should focus on ourselves. If our intention is that of ill will and malice, it is rooted in negativity and fueled by the 108 defiling entities. Rather than worrying about or even judging others, we have our own inner demons to contend with.
Yet so many of us spend a lot of time talking about what we think of what others are doing. It behoves us way better to keep looking inside and working on ourselves so we address our own negative energies!
It is not necessarily about being in a state of constant joy (happiness), but rather of being aware and a witness to the dancing energies of positive and negative, light and dark, finding stillness in the union, the neutral space. The only way to win this game of tug of war is to engage without engaging, with equanimity. Sometimes, that is just accepting them for what they are and allowing them to move freely without reacting or developing an attachment to them.
This is accomplished by developing an equanimous mind, an observer’s mind, accepting it is as it is, unbiased to whether they come or go.
During our lifetime, people, places, things, and experiences create imprints, and these imprints create attachments or held experiences that can feel like they are a part of yus, rather than just what they were, an experience. This delusion can perpetuate a feeling of personal darkness within. The darkness is not any more or less you than how the emptiness in Buddhism is a place in the mind where seeds of thought, imagination, and curiosity are planted and start to bloom.
You are not thoughts, as thoughts are transitory, while awareness always remains. You are the awareness behind the thoughts, emotions, and sensations. The awareness can bring those thoughts from the canvas of the mind and bring them to life, or allow them to fade back into the darkness of the mind’s blank canvas.
Darkness is like an empty canvas where thought and imagination plant seeds, of which not all will grow into the physical world. We are curious by nature. Painting light onto the canvas of darkness is a part of life’s pursuit. Thoughts, even if dark, may not be evil by nature since often, they may just be inspired by curiosity, the mind swaying like wind. It is when we allow the entities to root, and we fuel the 108 that they gain strength and grow the darkness. Thus, thoughts can come and go and can hold no substance.
A part of the darkness that stirs around the mind does have a depleting effect on energetic currency. Pleasure taken in sinful thought or imagination, even without desire or longing, and smugness at sins already committed is a compounded, energetic drain. The desire for what is ‘sinful’ and reveling in possibilities of malicious behavior is a form of darkness that can fester; thereby driving a person to levels of madness to act on desires of malicious imaginative behavior.
Some of these things can bring up excitement, emotional energy bursts feeding a particular entity or even a gang of them. For some, it can be easy to develop an addiction to these thoughts for the emotional thrill and sensory pleasure triggered by releasing feel-good chemicals into the body—though eventually, the thoughts are no longer fulfilling. Then just like detoxing from drugs, the mind and body become filled with cravings, as though the entities are crawling under the skin, agitated or burning a hole in the mind.
Have you ever felt like crawling out of your skin or the feeling of constant agitation? Or even a feeling of something missing and you could not figure it out? This sensation can appear when you do not know your true self or do not have a relationship with your soul (living with soul purpose and direction). The soul may stay a child and not grow, no matter how old you are, as our souls and physical bodies do not always evolve equally, especially if one or both is ignored or abused.
Just like the mind, if the soul is not educated or disciplined, it will remain uneducated and undisciplined. So that feeling may be the soul wanting to crawl out of the body because of its need for growth, so contaminated as it is by the Karmatic diet it has been consuming.
The soul may also be seeking growth from the prison of isolation and neglect; otherwise, it is not living to soul purpose without developing a relationship with that aspect of yourself.
Healthy souls are in proper alignment in mind and body in virtue of the vessel as a whole, and in understanding that outside of ourselves is not separate, but a part of us since we are all one piece of an immense singularity. After much time with self-reflection and consciously witnessing and changing our behavior, this shifts our Karmic diet, strengthening us.
Even small changes will be beneficial to your soul, rather than polluting it and allowing the 108 to drain it. You then will start to harmonize so you will not feel uncomfortable wherever you are or feel ill at ease in your skin anymore.
These entities always need an endless supply of energy; this means you will never be satisfied chasing the tail of emotion and sensation, except for possibly in the moment of action where the emotional and sensational burst of energy streams across the body, feeding the entities with a trigger of the body’s feel-good chemical response. The body’s chemical responses can make for an endless hunger, like an opium addict chasing the dragon or a crackhead craving the next fix. This state can easily lead anyone to feel helpless or even out of control (possessed), feeding and strengthening that darkness within.
The entities have a tangible power that can even be harnessed. For some, it can become addicting and desirable, even wallowed or reveled in. The desire for control or power can form into a darkness within, a hunger to feed the earthly desires and ego of the material plane, leaving the energetic body in the dark and drained of light and spiritual currency.
A darkness that glooms over many is death, a subject many people in Western cultures fear and avoid thinking and talking about. When a person senses they are very near death, they often try to address it with loved ones. “Oh, don’t talk like that!” or “don’t be so
silly. You’re not going anywhere!” are frequent responses.
This does not help anyone and is damaging for the person who is dying by negating their experience and needs, as well as for the loved ones whose choice to dwell in ‘blissful ignorance’ costs them precious conversations about vital things before the dying pass on. Typically, after the death comes, they find themselves caught up in wondering what that person had wanted to say.
Everyone should take the time to contemplate death, even meditating on the subject. How is it to die, as though to lie down to sleep and never wake again? It is but a normal and natural part of the life continuum, like birth. The more we can be open to it, the less of a fearsome burden it becomes.
Contemplation and meditation of death can reap great rewards, bringing about inspiration in life and illuminating how best we can live it. Learning what is available after death releases any fear of our mortality, and we can say the same for the contemplation and meditation of ego death.
On the subject of darkness, vampires are commonly known as the shadow creatures from mythology; we all have heard they are deathly allergic to light, at least this is implied in most stories. So, vampires are parasitic bloodsuckers feeding on human life and are destroyed by light. Similarly, the dark entities written about in this book are parasitic energy suckers, illuminated into non-existence by the light. Coincidence?
What we consider darkness is light that we do not typically see with the human eyes, as the human eye can typically only see between 430-770 terahertz, abbreviated THz, which is a unit of electromagnetic (EM) wave frequency equal to one trillion hertz (1012 Hz).
We use the terahertz as an indicator of the frequency of infrared (IR), visible, and ultraviolet (UV) radiation. An EM wave having a frequency of 1 THz has a wavelength of approximately 0.3 millimeters (mm), or 300 micrometers. An EM wave of 540 THz is in the middle of the visible-light spectrum. Light outside of the average human sight, we refer to as dark matter.
We can see far more with the right vision, as we have two physical eyes for seeing light matter, and the singular eye to view dark matter.
Living virtuously and blending the mind, body and spirit works toward sealing our vessel and walking a path of the light, until we have found all the dark spots within and illuminated them, hence, one of the reasons for using the word enlightenment (en-lighten-ment) as a descriptor throughout written history.
We can decide not to feed these entities, evict them, or even develop a harmonious symbiotic relationship with them, blending dark and light into neutrality. However, it is easier if we can identify them as they occur, being in the moment.
If you cannot be present even in normal circumstances, such as when you are sitting alone in a room, walking in the woods, or listening to someone, then you certainly won’t be able to stay conscious when something “goes wrong” or you are faced with difficult people or situations, with loss or the threat of loss. You will be taken over by a reaction, which ultimately is always some form of fear, and pulled into deep unconsciousness. Those challenges are your tests. Only the way in which you deal with them will show you and others where you are at as far as your state of consciousness is concerned, not how long you can sit with your eyes closed or what visions you see. So it is essential to bring more consciousness into your life in ordinary situations when everything is going relatively smoothly. In this way, you grow in presence power. It generates an energy field in you and around you of a high vibrational frequency. No unconsciousness, no negativity, no discord or violence can enter that field and survive, just as darkness cannot survive in the presence of light.
~ Eckhart Tolle
So many people have offered this information in different translations, each having developed this wisdom by illuminating the darkness within via experience. Thus, we can each use meditation techniques to develop a more in-depth perspective on the subtleties within, using that perspective to facilitate necessary conversations with ourselves.
Body scanning type meditations are just one means to bring you into an inner self-exploration where the singular or third eye allows you sight, and in this case, to travel inner worlds to explore and bring awareness and illumination to areas previously dark or not visible.
Descartes, in the first of his books, discusses that an evil demon, of utmost power and cunning has employed all his energies to deceive him.
This evil demon presents a complete illusion of an external world. I shall think that the sky, the air, the earth, colours, shapes, sounds and all external things are merely the delusions of dreams which he has devised to ensnare my judgement. I shall consider myself as not having hands or eyes, or flesh, or blood or senses, but as falsely believing that I have all these things.
~ René Descartes 1641
René Descartes’ uses the word colours in his description of the illusion presented. The word colours, if we break it down is: co - assistant; joint; partner; together; and lours - to deceive, fool, trick; to lure. Even the word in of itself describes an assistant of deception. Hues of a virtual illusion/delusion!
The Dark Kingdom being nothing more than that which has yet to be illuminated.
If that statement leaves you in confusion, The Dark Kingdom is not only external but is also internal as ‘what is out, is also in’, so it lies within each of us. It is the dark recesses of self that have not been awakened to this interconnectedness.
As you do the work, your Kingdom will become illuminated according to the spectrums of light and sound of the internal energetic structure. We work to clear these to allow the light to shine freely, and the tones to resonate from a perfectly tuned instrument, eventually to no longer be in the dark, to know thyself, to have cleansed or washed thine energetic robe, becoming in tune.
Know that the Atman is the rider in the chariot, and the body is the chariot, Know that the Buddhi (intelligence, ability to reason) is the charioteer, and Manas (mind) is the reins. The senses are called the horses, the objects of the senses are their paths, Formed out of the union of the Atman, the senses and the mind, him they call the ‘enjoyer’.
~ Katha Upanishad, 1.3.3-1
Our universe alone is so vastly expansive that we currently do not even have an accurate number of planets and areas that contain life throughout the universe. Some of the planets in our universe are free, while others are cattle and mining planets. The planet Earth is
currently a cattle and mining planet.
Just as we have different species dominating different areas of the planet, so too does the universe and then again on a larger scale with the Verse. We and all other life forms consume, even the earth consuming us when we die, using us for fuel to nurture life after our
Just as we cultivate and nurture animals and plants for the consumption of nutritional energy, so too do beings throughout the vastness of existence. A prime example of another species on our planet that farms are ants, which farm and harvest aphids.
We are not the only species that does this! We can be farmed like a commodity that may be reused like a rechargeable battery, life after life in the larger scheme of things.
On a much larger scale, some planets happen to be cattle planets propagated for the harvesting of energy and other resources as well as a school for ego-based life.
We have been fed into darkness, a Hell of our own making. We can view this in the biblical context of angels, demons, Satan, Lucifer and Lilith, the so-called rulers of the planet Earth, with their legions manipulating us into a continual cycle of reincarnation to this planet/plane of delusion. Them feeding off the souls and energies of humanity in perpetual suffering of the sensational and emotional attachments of the 108, eventually to death, only to be led back by their so-called soul guides.
In a programmed reality of ones and zeroes 010101010, just like computer programs use today, these entities have developed a way to loop us back into an infinity cycle of reincarnation here on this planet. The infinity symbol ∞ is an 8 turned on its side, The 108 or 10∞. The 108 program themselves in a perpetual loop, which is the depiction of the ouroboros snake—the snake that turns back and feeds upon itself in a continual cycle until that cycle becomes broken when it stops eating itself or chasing its own tail.
We easily trap ourselves in the delusion as well as the reincarnation cycle on this planet time after time. Being fed on inhibits the evolution of your soul as well as the physical body, if not addressed. We do not always evolve the material body and the spirit body equally. The untrained and ignorant are easily manipulated of their free will in life and death, with their choices programming the evolution or de-evolution of the physical and spiritual DNA.
When you learn to rise above them, as the sensations and emotions come in and pass through us without attachment, you are no longer a slave to emotions, emotional entities, ego or the senses. Break free of this reincarnation cycle if so desired.
Knowledge of what happens after death during life brings rise to an understanding of choices. This wisdom comes from doing the work in this book and many other texts and practices; personal experience trumps shared experience and is a part of the blooming process.
It is not just human life energy on which these entities feed. Animals and other sentient life on this planet are also emotionally affected and fed on by these emotional entities. Currently, we become perpetrators of emotional energies within animals and plants that feed them. Our barbaric farming practices alone perpetuate fear and pain in animals and plants, feeding and strengthening the entities, and all the while, we weaken ourselves to attacks from them.
Many humans have become disconnected and controlling in their desire to dominate nature. This has prohibited nature and animals from creating natural flow.
A human being is a part of the whole called by us ‘Universe’, a limited part in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings as something separate from the rest, a kind of optical illusion of his consciousness. This illusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting ourselves to our personal desires and affection for some people closest to us. Our task must be to free us from this prison, by expanding our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and all nature in its beauty.
~ Albert Einstein
The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way its animals are treated.
A perpetuate to the cattle planet is alcohol—‘spirits’. The word alcohol derives from a region of the world where few consume it, and in some parts like the Middle East, it is even illegal to consume.
The word alcohol comes from the Arabic al ghoul meaning ‘demons or spirits (body eating spirits)’ or from that culture, the Jinn and Shaitan. Unlike the Jinn, the Shaitan is of the dark, being of evil. In the Arabic culture, the Shaitan are beings, ‘evil among everything in shape,’ and ‘evil among everything invisible.’
The Arabic Šayān originates from the Hebrew Śāṭā n, the source of the English Satan. These are Satan’s demons, some of the very same entities I have been writing about throughout this book, the Triple E (Energetic Emotional Entities).
These spirits, tempters inciting the mind, work to suppress conscious growth. Alcohol impairs the energetic connection to the physical body. This provokes impulsive behavior and stifles inner spiritual development.
Alcohol is processed through a method of fermentation and distillation. In alchemy, alcohol is primarily used to extract the soul essence of an entity, making it so when alcohol is consumed, it in effect extracts the very essence of the soul from the physical body depending on the level of consumption.
The intoxication of alcohol spirits makes it so the physical body becomes temporarily uninhabitable to the spirit body, thereby creating a disconnect from the body and spirit. The energetic body loses its grip on the theoretical vehicle steering wheel, allowing the body to become less protected and more open to these entities.
This form of inebriation is where we get blacking out and possessions (acting outside of character), as alcohol weakens the energetic level of the spirit body and allows the energetic entities to take you for a joy ride. The more alcohol you consume, the more suppressed and disconnected your spirit becomes from the physical body, the less motor function and control you have and the more they are in control.
Alcohol as a leisure pastime is purposely perpetuated, all while suppressing and demonizing plants, vines and mushrooms that expand awareness, in attempt to suppress consciousness. This is done to keep fueling the cattle planet and continue weakening the mind-body and spirit connection to keep the masses amused, unaware and unconscious.
