The Chakras and Nadis System
Main Chakras
A chakra is an energy point that channels life energy into the body. In Sanskrit, the meaning of chakra is ‘circle’ or ‘wheel’, with the topology that it folds in upon itself, with all points along its surface converging together into a zero-dimensional point at the center, which receives as well as transmits energy.
The main zero point on a body is the sacral plexus chakra.
There is another zero point, the heart chakra. The two work together from the positive and negative stream, a net of energy that wraps around the body, bringing in and taking out in a cycling of energies.
The sacral chakra area is located a few inches below the navel and back a few inches closer to the spine. To find it, take your thumb and place it in your belly button then place the same hand’s pinky finger with a slight stretch below the belly button toward the groin. The area between the thumb and pinky is the sacral chakra region, a main zero energy point.
Throughout the body, we have many chakras, with 114 primary chakras, seven main chakras, 21 minor chakras and 86 micro-chakras. Of the 114 primary chakras, two are located outside the body while the other 112 reside inside the body, at the same points where the spirit energetic body attaches to the physical body.
The chakra system is connected to and is a part of the nadis system.
The nadis system is an energy highway in the physical body, carrying the energy that the chakra system brings into the body and then distributing that across the body. The word nadi is derived from the Sanskrit root ‘nad’, meaning ‘channel’, ‘stream’ or ‘flow’ as this system carries prana, life force and toroidal energy through channels like that of arteries, veins, capillaries, and nerves.
The nadis system is extensive in number, branching out over the entire body. The brain is connected to the nadis system and has at least 100 billion neurons connected to as many as 1000 trillion synaptic connections.
That should give you an idea of how extensive the nadis system is, as it is connected to our electric and electromagnetic field (torus field/Merkabah), being responsible for delivering all that toroidal energy throughout the energetic body and into the physical body through its channeled system. The synapses are what tell the body to move (such as lifting your arm) and they are part of the circuit in the brain connecting the sensory organs within the peripheral nervous system. As well as this, the synapses play a role in memory formation.
The energy point chakras are considered metaphysical and biophysical energy points of the human body, providing a nexus for the flow of life energy. The chakras and nadis systems connect to the Marmas system which has—by no coincidence—108 energy points called the 108 Marmas, 108 locations where the aspects of lunar egos reside to attach to us. (Again, these points are also where the spirit body attaches to the physical body).
The body's energy correlates to the 108 energetic entities through the defilements, aspects of the ego that, through attachments, can dominate the pathways of the energetic system. Each one of the 108 energy points within the body is a portal of energy that can get clogged by the 108 aspects of the corresponding emotional entities.
These clogs can be viewed as energy leaks when the entities latch onto these areas, draining energy and blocking the flow of life from the affected point.
Removing these energy leaks is a part of a refinement process that starts with self-reflection and introspection, thereby building awareness to the abundant Source of life that flows in and out of the bodies.
The subtle and not so subtle electric and electromagnetic forces that connect to the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual-energetic aspects of a person may be affected by internal as well as external forces, some being the entities of the 108. The refinement process seals the energy leaks of the vessel to open up new levels of awareness.
When we look at the body’s primary energy junctions, the energetic body’s chakra, nadis and Marmas systems, what can be found is that at the macro level outside of the physical body, throughout the planet, we can locate planetary meridians. These are the planet’s chakra and nadis systems, which then expand out as aspects of larger systems of the torus fields, extending exponentially into the reaches of space.
Corresponding links can be found within the micro and macrocosms; for example, the nucleus of an atom at the micro-planes of existence to that of the macro with the galactic nucleus. The levels repeat in an expanding fashion, replicating the pattern. Examining the larger macro planes, we identify parallels in the micro planes, as that which is above is also below, and as out, so is within.
When it comes to the chakras, these are the giant energy vortexes in the body, while the nadis points are smaller versions of the larger chakra energy vortexes. They are a reflection of how the heavens of the universe are also laid out with currents of spiraling moving energy.
Just as there are what we refer to as black holes spread throughout our universe, there are 108 energy vortexes within the human body, connecting flesh to spirit on our micro-level. The 108 more massive energy vortexes that make up the macro energy system are mirroring the other macro planes until we end up at the endless macro sea of universes making up the multitude of universes throughout the multiverse of the all-containing omniverse.
Throughout that macro-level, we find another 108 more massive energy points connecting them all. Our universe is an energy point (cell) within the omniverse, the outermost of vortex energy points. Looking back to the micro-level of our bodies, they too have energetic vortexes at the different micro levels of our body's vital organs and then again at the cellular level, and so on.
The large energetic ports (chakras) align in an ascending column from the top of the head and spiraling down the center of the body. The column goes out, in and down to the macro and micro plane’s energy points.
Sri Yantra 2-dimensional
Sri Yantra 3-dimensional
Star Tetrahedron
These illustrations use the Sri Yantra as a depiction of the cosmic, planetary and the subtle body’s energy zones as well as multiple other torus creating the tori.
The tori is the outermost torus containing all the other inner torus fields - the singularity. The main centermost zero-point energy port on the body is that of the sacral plexus chakra, located between the belly button and the groin.
We have here nine interlacing triangles, five pointing downwards and four pointing upwards to form 43 triangles, organized in five concentric levels. Three lines intersect at fifty-four points with the masculine, feminine and duality of both the light and dark, positive and negative attributes, which brings us the corresponding 108 points that permeate material existence from micro to macro. This being the star tetrahedron in its three-dimensional form with 32 parallel lines, 32 skew lines, which added together make 64. This works in 7 colors with a shadow and highlight = 8, 7 sounds with their highs and lows = 8, 8 x 8 = 64, which can be seen as a trinity of color, sound, and spirit/consciousness.
Just like Sri Yantra has 108 intersecting lines that cross, so too does the human body at the 108 intersecting points of the Marmas system. It is a repeating system throughout the verse. This pattern for good reason permeates through cultures and tribes from all continents around the world and is a main pattern staple in almost all indigenous tribes of the Americas.
The Sri Yantra is also the vibrational pattern referred to as ‘Aum’. When using cymatics on a Chladni plate, Aum resonates sand into the pattern of the Sri Yantra. It does this from an upward or downward perspective, rather than the typical side view perspective often depicted in illustrations. What resonates in the sand is concentric circles.
Above or below view of sri yantra, this is what the sound AUM/Om produces on a Chladni plate (vibration plate).
The way concentric circles are formed from the Sri Yantra and Aum when resonating using cymatics, is they display a harmonic resonance within the verse, the three-dimensional Sri Yantra drawing. If you take the Sri Yantra and make it three-dimensional, then look at the five downward-pointing triangles, you may notice that the flat upper lines or planes in the 2D illustration become circles when viewed three-dimensionally, thus creating the concentric circles.
Marmas
The Marmas system has 54 intersecting energy lines where three lines intersect. these junction points on the body are where two or more types of tissue meet, such as muscles, veins, ligaments, bones or joints. Each Marma point, like the more macro chakra or torus, has positive and negative (male/female) attributes.
108 points connect the energetic spirit body to the flesh of the physical body from the Nadis system to the Marmas system, of the 108 points, 54 are positive and 54 negative. This is important, and it is why it was vital for me to bring up the energetic system, as this too is how the energetic entities of the 108 attach to the physical body, as these points are designed for it, being the points where what you really are attaches to what you are not, your avatar.
The 108 energy points and energy lines in the body, being our Marmas and Nadis systems, converge from all over the body to form the heart chakra. The Marmas system works with the chakra system as intersections of energy (energy highways) with fewer converging energy lines.
Meridians
Meridians are energetic pathways in the flesh that correspond to and are parallel with the chakra and Nadis system, whereas the Marmas system is the middleman linking the chakra and Nadis systems to the meridians of the physical body.
There are twelve main meridians in the body, six yin (negative, outward flowing energy) as well as six yang (positive, inward flowing energy) meridians, which correspond to twelve organ systems.
Life energy circulates throughout the body following a specific path, as well as following a meridian time clock referred to as an energetic microcosmic orbit.
The meridian system spans across the body internally, as well as the surface skin area. This is where we find pressure points as well as the acupuncture points that follow the meridian energy lines.
We are electric and electromagnetic beings, and our bodies run on an electrical system. The body's electrical system works better when the energy has clear pathways to flow instead of some of it becoming lost through energy leaks from these attachments, and others creating friction and blockages, forming electrical issues in areas of the body. Those areas then affect neighboring areas, because if energy is blocked in one area, it inhibits areas along its path, making them restricted in the amount of vital life energy flow to each area.

Kabbalah tree of life
“Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom
of God is within you.”
~ Luke 17:21[31].
The Kabbalah tree of life, three pillars and the Star of David
The Three Pillars: Positive, Negative and Neutral
The three pillars are the energy streams that bring in and take away life energy, connecting from the sea of consciousness, streaming energy into the physical body to the 108 ports that connect the spirit body to the physical body, and allowing the spirit body to experience the physical body and interact with the material world.
The journey is to release that which you are not, to be that which you are, as many have been saying—but I am going to point out directly.
The tree of life through which the Divine manifests Creation is found in Jewish mysticism, Hinduism, Buddhism, Hermeticism, Gnosticism, Germanic paganism, Norse mythology, Islam, Christianity, and Catholicism. In Judaism's Kabbalah, It is called Etz Chaim, Hebrew for tree of life, and in the Norse religion, it is Yggdrasil.
The Druids called it Crann Bethadh, and in Islam’s Quran, it is the Tree of Immortality, in Hinduism Kalpavriksha. So, it’s not new! many different tribes around the globe have different names for it. English and Chinese alchemists identified the tree of life with the elixir of life and the philosopher's stone. What so many have been seeking, has been within themselves the whole time. The river of life.
You are already a part of the tree of life, connected to and feeding from the river of life. The river feeds the three pillars on the tree of life: the positive, negative, and neutral pillars:
-
Middle Pillar - Pillar of balance-harmony, organizing. The central pillar is the neutral pole of the tree, the primary energy stream that feeds the left and right pillars. Harmony/river of Source
-
Left Pillar - Pillar of severity-destruction. The feminine pillar is the negative pole of the tree and hence the pulse of life. Destruction/death.
-
Right Pillar - Pillar of mercy-creation, generating. The masculine pillar is the positive pole of the tree. Creation/life.
Generating, Organizing Destroying, GOD
The Pillars are a diagrammatic representation of the three forces of all life: positive +, negative -, and neutral 0.
In Christianity, the tree of life first appears in Genesis 2:9 and 3:22-24 as the source of eternal life in the Garden of Eden, from which access is revoked when man and woman are driven from the Garden of Eden [32]. It then reappears in the last book of the Bible, the Book of Revelation, and most predominantly in the last chapter of that book (Chapter 22) as a part of the new garden of paradise. Access is then no longer forbidden, for those who ‘wash their robes,’ (or as the textual variant in the King James Version has it, "they that do his commandments,") "have right to the Tree of Life." (v.14) [33].
A similar statement appears in Rev 2:7, where the tree of life is promised as a reward to those who overcome[34]. Revelation 22 begins with a reference, "Pure river of water of life, which proceeds out of the throne of God. The river seems to feed two trees of life, one on either side of the river which bear twelve manners of fruits, and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations” [35].
The micro tubes in which positive and negative energy flow from the neutral source discussed earlier feed the temple, the temple being the construct of which the human body is a part. The ‘pure river of water of life,’ proceeds ‘out of the throne of God.’ The river feeds two trees of life, one ‘on either side of the river,’ which ‘bear twelve manners of fruits.’
The energy ‘streams’ are fed by the main river of energy, this comprising the main chakras lined down the center of the body, which then feed the two branches (trees), the right and left hemispheres of the body and brain.
The manner of the twelve fruits are the twelve central systems of the body including the main organs. The reference of the robe to be washed is the energetic body draped by the physical body, creating a veil. The defilements and attachment of the 108 states of ego are what is being discussed as needing to be washed from the robe, the spirit (energetic body). It is saying, those who do the work to atone cleansing their spirit body will be granted full access to the garden.
“In the secret cave of the heart, two are seated by life's fountain.
The separate ego drinks of the sweet and bitter stuff,
Liking the sweet, disliking the bitter,
While the supreme Self drinks sweet and bitter
Neither liking this nor disliking that.
The ego gropes in darkness, while the Self lives in light.”
- The Upanishads [36].
“The goal of Buddhism is to create Buddhas not Buddhists. The goal of Christianity is to create Christs not Christians.”
- Adyashanti,[37].
“The Bible is a manual about physiological regeneration and astrology, written in code (Gematria), providing us a path to enlightenment (atonement). 99% of the people believe the Bible is a historical book to be taken literally. It’s not; it’s about you and YOUR path to enlightenment. You are the protagonist. No one’s coming to save you. All of these parables were written about and for you.”

Our Personal Energetic Grid
The plasma-based spirit body is not considered by many physicians, yet all things are connected; the connection between your spirit and your body is imperative for health and vitality, as this is part of your personal electromagnetic energy field, the grid of the spirit energetic body’s chakra and nadis systems to the physical body’s Marmas and meridian systems.
Like the rotations of the earth around the sun, and our galaxy’s natural rotation in the universe, etc., our vital life energy circulates throughout the body following a specific path as well, following a meridian time clock of what is referred to as an energetic microcosmic orbit.
Our electromagnetic grid and the microcosmic orbit are affected by the emotional and sensational states, as well as being causally related to breath rate. When we change into an emotional state, our breathing rate also changes with it. If a person has an emotional response of pleasure or displeasure, if they react in the state of ego, it will latch onto an energy point in their personal grid. When attached, the energetic entities go about their parasitic business, digging in and taking root, blocking or clogging one or more of the highways and causing energy leaks.
We want to keep these energy highways uninhibited and flowing between the energetic spirit body and the physical body. Energy needs to keep moving, and energy goes where thought flows. The emotional entities (aspects of ego) are already energy, the energy that lies on the left or right hand of Source. This may be viewed as a multitude of things—as positive and negative, dark and light in a separateness permeating the lower density structure, including demons and angels.
On the left-hand side, we have a negative flow of energy, while on the right-hand side, we have the positive flow. Like so, 0 is source, and to the left is the displeasure (bad), and to the right is the pleasure (good), both in their levels of expression 987654321 - 0 + 123456789. The mind can magnify or dissipate this energy, making it so the energetic concept of angels or demons may live through us energetically per our thoughts, words and actions. In biblical text, referring to the right hand of God means those who live godly lives walking in virtue and purification, which may be viewed in the light of being good or positive. As the left is that of the dark, it also may be viewed as evil or negative. As God separated light and dark, dark fell at the left and light at the right hand side of God. So, in the below verse, ‘the enemies’ is referring to the enemies within, as I call them the 108 monsters within.
A Psalm of David. The Lord says, “Sit at my right hand, until I make your enemies your footstool.
- Psalm 110:1 ESV [39].
In this, the enemies are referencing the enemies of ego within each of us! The footstool is a colloquialism for rising above the lower states of attachment.
He is the radiance of the glory of God and the exact imprint of his nature, and he upholds the universe by the word of his power. After making purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high.
- Hebrews 1:3 ESV[40].
The one who conquers, I will grant him to sit with me on my throne, as I also conquered and sat down with my Father on his throne.
- Revelation 3:21 ESV [41].
These energies of positive and negative span a large spectrum. When a person harbors energy on either side of the spectrum, it can affect the health of the physical body in a positive or negative way. Attaching onto emotions brought on by experiences will affect your energy grid. The emotional state(s) can take root and become a habitual or addictive behavior or thought process. If you see experiences from the perspective of an outsider and avoid holding onto the emotions, then these entities will not attach to your grid, but will pass through and then move on.
These entities are like gatekeepers of each of the 108 specific energy nodes, and work to flip the chakras to pull from the material world, rather than from source. This is an aspect of what attaches you to the grid of the material plane and body. The chakras then work as vortexes, pulling from all life including: people; animals; plants; Earth; etc. The chakra vortex is pulling in energy from the physical, psychic, dream and spirit planes by revealing how you may feel certain people draining.
When the spirit is healthy, a particular chakra is ‘open’, pulling from the God Realm (Source) and flowing out to the three-dimensional existence of the material planes. The phrase ‘My cup runneth over,’ is an example of a chakra cup running over and working freely.
With a chakra being able to flip from giving to taking, the chakra goes from positive to negative; furthermore, we electromagnetically attract from that emotional-energetic state of abundance or lacking. Intentional pulling can also be done from Source realms or energies from the physical planes.
As part of the human experience, we all go through hardships of various sorts. The strong emotions we attach to from these challenges—such as heartache, loss, fear, jealousy, betrayal, etc.—can turn us into an energy vampire (vampyre) or worse, unleashing monsters within us.
Energetic Vampyrism - occurs in a few different fashions. Some of the various kinds of energy vampyres are intentional, while some are unintentional, transient or inherent energy vampyres.
An intentional energy vampyre - is someone aware of their psychic energy consumption and still psychically feeding on living things around them as well as on other entities. They do this knowingly and purposely through conscious acts.
A non-intentional energy vampyre - is someone unaware of their energy drain on those around them. This is an unconscious act.
A transient energy vampyre - is someone who has experienced something such as a life tragedy and is not typically an energy vampyre; however, they are going through a temporary state of consuming energy from those around them.
An inherent energy vampyre - is someone who has, for the most part, always been an energy vampyre with no sign of change for the near future, as this has become that person's current habitual nature. They have no drive for change and are often shameless.
All energy vampyres are draining to those around them, hence the term for a sucky person. It can be exhausting to be around a person in these states, and if you are not careful, you may be ‘sucked’ into their storm. We all may go through being in an energy vampyre state as it is an experience that can be moved through.
Attaching to a construct of what someone is or what you may think another may be, and always will be, is false. We can evolve if we so choose.
Do not fall in the trap of the proverbial ‘a zebra never changes its stripes.’
Free will exists and you can never step into the same river twice, as the river is ever-changing from the flow and you are also ever-changing by all influences, from the chemical structure of what you eat to your Karmatic diet or lack thereof.
The 108 are described as the proverbial ‘monkey on the back’ or ‘devil on your shoulder’, feeding off the energetic body’s chakras' energetic grids. They continue to thrive off emotional beings for long periods, until you literally and intentionally detach from them, clearing your personal grid.
I go into more detail about the energetic emotional entities in the second book in this series The Dark Kingdom - 108 Monsters Within.
Our energetic body, the soul, is on a journey.
Many make their physical lives based on physical experience; we, being spiritual beings, are having a human experience. We can solely indulge the human/physical experience or become active participants in conscious evolution of the spirit.
Shell of the Spirit
Humans are born with an invisible shell as we previously discussed, called the torus field. Most do not realize they are supposed to evolve by disillusion of ego in atonement (a-tune-ing) back into our pure harmonic and luminescent vibrational states, retuning for our individual out of tune-ment. That may sound like philosophical mumbo jumbo but follow me.
Just like the chicken hatched from the egg, we as humans start with two egg-type shells out of our birth mothers. One shell is the embryo, from which the physical body develops. The other is the energetic body; however, this egg is not visible to us with the naked eye. It is the shell and core made up of electric and electromagnetic fields, the torus field. This field is with us from the very start and is what disappears from the human material body when it transitions from life to physical death.
Though this is the energy field one may develop into, it is what one is, within the structure and in effect, hatching from hue-man matter into light, energy and sound. This is the ascension of the material world, from an independent aspect of the ‘me’ or ‘I’ singularity to a connection of all elements, from the hatching out of the torus shell to no distinct separation from the larger whole.
So how does one hatch from this energetic egg?
It is really to become the egg itself and use it to travel, using an analogy presented to us in nature from salmon.
Salmon swim upstream to lay their eggs, just as we would find inside a fertile human mother, an embryo. When these embryos develop, they’re birthed out of the mother’s eggs into their stream or river. They then start the journey downstream and live their lives, until they travel back upstream for a new cycle of birth and evolution.
Here, we are birthed into a stream, and have the ability to swim back upstream and return to the torus energy state. One may travel the astral stream/realm consciously once the energetic astral body can purposely separate from the physical body. And when one has developed singular sight, they may travel to the inner worlds of themselves, and during such a journey may dive to the inner worlds of the micro, plane by plane.
Eventually, one will come across the tubes.
These tubes in quantum physics are referred to as quantum loops, per the perspective from which they are being viewed. They are resting upon the blank canvas of emptiness, resting like a chalkboard in the endless space of void.
The tubes are the energy receptacles in which all emanates and is created, the spring or river of life. When one reaches this stage, they may travel upstream through these tubes to the emitting source through the river of life, in effect removing the material and spirit bodies out of the denser vibrational energy planes.
The long-standing quest to obtain the ancient knowledge of the location of the river of life has left many seeking, for you may search the entire outside world and never find the spring of eternal life, for it is hidden within you. Hence, the philosopher's stone of the circle (loop), with the triangle holding the square with the circle—the key within the macro to micro, diving into the micro. Those accessing singular sight will understand.
“Know then that the body is merely a garment. Go seek the wearer, not the cloak.”
- Rumi
“You do not have a soul, you have a body. You are a soul.”
- George McDonald[43].
This last quote from George McDonald is layered. It is true that in the structure of this virtual reality, your soul is the seed, though that soul is connected and stemming from a body outside this system. I do believe this system is a mirror of that system in many respects, so again you are a soul, consciousness.
And consciousness is inhabiting the avatar of the physical material body.
Since consciousness inhabits the physical body, rather than the body having consciousness and spirit, it becomes the keeper of its internal kingdoms, and these internal micro-kingdoms need to be understood and mastered for new awareness to spring forth and to maintain physical, mental, and spiritual health; I will be assisting you in understanding this in the next chapter where I will dive into the importance of comprehending each plane and how it could benefit you.
“All my experience as a psychologist leads me to the conclusion that a sense of reverence is necessary for psychological health. If a person has no sense of reverence, no feeling there is anyone or anything that inspires awe, it generally indicates an ego inflation that cuts the conscious personality off completely from the nourishing springs of the unconscious. It is ironic, then, that so much of our modern culture is aimed at eradicating reverence, all respect for higher truths and qualities that inspire a feeling of awe and worship in the human soul.”
~ Robert Johnson, ‘Inner Work’[39].
